Welcome to Galaxy Furniture. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Display & Color Accuracy
We have made every effort to display our products’ colors and finishes as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations.
Product images may include decorative accessories used for presentation purposes only and are not included in the sale.
Minor differences in dimensions or finishing may occur due to the nature of handmade or manually measured furniture.
2. Payment Terms
All standard orders require 100% advance payment at the time of booking to ensure timely processing.
Orders paid via cheque will be processed only after the amount is cleared in our account.
Orders without complete payment will not be processed or scheduled for delivery.
Once payment is made, order cancellation is not permitted.
3. Delivery Policy
Standard delivery timeline is within 25 working days after payment confirmation.
If payment is via cheque, delivery will be scheduled 25 working days after the amount is cleared.
All items from a single order will be delivered together in one shipment.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We will not be liable for compensation, refund, or cancellation due to delay.
4. Delivery Conditions
Extra charges apply for deliveries above ground floor if no cargo elevator is available.
Galaxy Furniture is not responsible for damage during delivery in areas with narrow staircases, low ceilings, or tight corners.
Customers must ensure that space is accessible and clear for smooth delivery.
5. Order Changes & Modifications
Order modifications can be made only up to 10 days before the scheduled delivery, under the following conditions:
The revised order value must be equal to or greater than the original.
A new delivery date will be given based on product availability.
Once delivered, the order cannot be modified.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
No returns or refunds are applicable if the product is delivered as ordered, in good condition.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Goods once sold and accepted will not be taken back or exchanged.
If the customer delays the agreed delivery for more than 30 days, the order will be canceled, and 20% of the order amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
7. Complaints & Product Acceptance
Any complaints related to damage, missing parts, or wrong items must be reported at the time of delivery via our delivery team or feedback form.
If no complaint is submitted at delivery, the product will be considered accepted in perfect condition.
8. Warranty & Customization
We do not offer warranties on discounted, clearance, or imported furniture items.
Any unauthorized customizations, such as fitting locks or altering product design, will void any warranty or support.
We do not allow modifications to standard product designs.
9. Cancellation Rights & Price Changes
Galaxy Furniture reserves the right to:
Cancel any order at our discretion.
Revise prices at any time without prior notice.
Adjust product quantities if required and charge accordingly.
Postpone delivery in case of unforeseen circumstances.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, transportation issues, government actions, or political unrest.
